All lessees are required to provide proof of $1,000,000 liability insurance coverage. If there will be alcohol served at the event, a $1,000,000 host liquor liability coverage is also required. There is a $200 cleaning/security deposit that will be refunded unless there is excessive post event clean up ($50/hour) or damages.
