GENERAL INFORMATION

Participation in and admission to the Fishing Swap Meet is FREE and will be held in the bait shop parking lot at Lake Jennings. Spaces for sellers will be marked and are available on a first-come, first served basis. Spaces will be approximately 12×12. You will need to supply your own tables, chairs, and canopies.

Types of Items Allowed

Prohibited Products: Items like weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, and hazardous materials are prohibited. No live bait is allowed.
Fishing Gear including rods, reels, fishing line, hooks, lures, tackle boxes, and other fishing accessories.
Fishing Apparel and Tools like fishing vests, boots, gloves, coolers, fish finders, etc.
Used Items: If selling used fishing gear, make sure all items are in good working condition.

Booth and Display Regulations

* Sellers are required to supply your own tables, chairs, or canopies.
* Sellers are required to set up within the designated booth space provided.
* Sellers are allowed to display signage, but it should not be excessive or obstruct the view of other booths.
* Sellers are required to keep their booth area and the area directly in front of their booth clean.
* When leaving, your space MUST be clean and in the same condition as when you arrived. Trash, boxes, or other debris may not be left on the grounds. Any unsold items must be taken with you.

Set-up and Takedown Rules

Stay Until the End: Leaving early is not allowed. Sellers should remain in their booth for the entire event FROM 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This ensures a consistent experience for shoppers.
Arrive On Time: Set-up begins at 6:00 AM and ends at 7:45 AM. It’s important to arrive early to get your booth ready before the event starts. No vehicles will be permitted in the event area between 7:30 AM and 2:00 PM.

Please carefully read the rules and regulations on the application. All sellers must agree to and sign the waiver of liability in order to participate in the swap meet.
